The information below applies to the use of the Ever Laser online store, website, interactions via social media, phone calls, and online correspondence. By visiting or shopping on our site, it is assumed that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. All visitors are therefore bound by these Terms and Conditions at all times, whilst surfing our site, interacting with us on social media, or doing business with us.

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the relationship between Ever Laser and customers. Any reference to ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ throughout these Terms and Conditions and on our site, everlaser.com, refers to Ever Laser. OUR COMPANY

Ever Laser is a custom laser cutting company that specialized in wedding and event, and home decor as well as offering print on demand services to small businesses. Our company produces high quality custom laser cut items, primarily in wood and glass. We also offer numerous products for businesses such as professional logo signs encompassing painted laser-engraved elements.

 

PAYMENT

All prices and transactions on our site are in US Dollars. Our site is powered by Shopify. Orders are shipped only after payment has been received and processed. We also process all of our transactions using Stripe, through Shopify and accept all major credit cards in accordance with Stripe’s policies. Should there be any delays in payment processing, we cannot be held responsible.

There are many products and ideas we have in store for the future. As we are a growing business, we reserve the right to alter our products, services, or prices at any time without notice. Out with the old and in with the new! However, through our custom ordering process, you may order your old favorites as well.

 

ORDERS

Please allow at least 1 week for fabrication after sending in your order via our website or once you pay your invoice via email. Many of our orders are highly customized, and nearly all are made-to-order. For more details on our shipping practices, click here.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

Other than the individual products listed on our site, we offer a wide variety of custom laser cutting services as well. These services range anywhere from custom cake toppers and event decor, to company awards and custom gifts and print on demand. We also offer custom services to calligraphers per request. These custom orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion, based on current order volume, time frame, and other factors. We reserve the right to refuse to take on any projects we deem offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful. We also consider the items listed on the site (specifically, kids’ name signs and the like) as custom orders. Any product with the word “custom” in the title is technically considered a custom order. Unless otherwise negotiated at the time of purchase, we reserve the right to offer any custom designs on our storefront (with the exception of branding logo signs) to future customers.

Please allow atleast 7 -10 days time for production after completing your invoice for custom orders. We will always do our best to make sure that these custom orders get to you within the agreed time frame but cannot be held liable should there be any delays due to third party mistakes. Should your order get lost due to mechanical errors, or incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit via USPS or any other third party mailing service.

 

CANCELLATIONS

We do accommodate for cancellations as long as your order has not been produced and you have yet to complete a paid invoice with us for said order. There are no refunds or exchanges for cancelling your order after the item has been produced. However, if you’d like, you can always contact us if you have trouble deciding on your order and we’ll help you out as best we can!

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We will always do our best to make our product photography as accurate as possible. Should you have questions not answered by our webpage or have some trouble deciding on your order, feel free to email us at orders@everlaser.com and we’d love to help! However, we cannot be held responsible for slight inconsistencies in color, or appearance, due to any electronic device’s display or color settings.

 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Stock is determined both by current stock levels, and current order volume. We are a small business, and thus can only handle so much! We reserve the right to change our stock numbers at any time, so that each current order in our care will receive the very best care and attention. Should the item you like not be in stock, check back 1-5 full business days later, and we likely will be restocked shortly!

 

PROMOTIONS & GIVEAWAYS

Promotions and sales will only available for the specified time period. In order to be eligible to receive giveaway items, the required conditions must be met (typically ours will be on social media.) We also reserve the right to suspend or cancel any promotion or giveaway for any reason. Please allow seven to ten days for delivery of giveaway items.
